How to make a Nightwing Escrima:
First, four feet of 3/4 inch PVC (i recommend plastic) cut in half (they would then be 2 feet long each)
Also, 6 PVC couplings and 2 PVC caps!
Do not forget, black spray paint and acrylic sealer, (the acrylic sealer is optional.)
And, a hack saw.
Some black electric tape.
And some blue electric tape.
Cut your plastic PVC into five 2 1/2 sections.
You can cut all that PVC out of one 2 feet pole.
You ARE going to have some spare PVC.
Cut the other 2 feet pole down to that size of the pole you already cut those sections on.
on ONE of the Escrima, you are going to put a coupling on either end, that end would be your top end.
It will get very stuck as you push it in and not possible to get out, push it down as far as it will go!
Put one of the 2 1/2 inch pease on the other half of the coupling. Do it again, put on a coupling on the top end and then put in a 2 1/2 inch piece. Then put on a PVC cap.
On the bottom of the escrima put on that ends first and only coupling.
Now for the other escrima:
Do the same thing on the top as the first escrima
on the bottom too, but on the bottom, after the one PVC coupling put in a 2 1/2 inch piece so they can connect.
Spray paint both escrima black. Wait for them to dry. After it drys you can spray the acrylic sealer if you want!
Then you can wrap black electricity around the long part with black electricity tape
and the blue electricity tape in between the couplings on top!
Then….. YOUR DONE!!!!
